Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grades:
Third & Fourth Grade: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Fifth & Sixth Grade: 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Seventh & Eighth Grade 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Dates and Season Events - Including the Grand Gala / Dinner and Dance
Tuesday, October 2, 2012 ~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in children's dance and dining etiquette. A large array of hors d'oeuvres are offered to each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere. Correct Cotillion is required.
Tuesday, November 6, 2012 ~ How to be a Guest, Dining Skills and Neck Ties ~ The Cotillion instruction will include dancing, manners and instruction on how to tie a neck tie. A large array of hors d'oeuvres will be served to the Cotillion students, correct Cotillion is required.
Tuesday, January 15, 2013 ~ Family Night ~ Intended for the participation of all family members, including siblings. Family members will enjoy the evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served. The Cotillion student will be expectd to wear their Cotillion attire however, the families may wear "business or country club casual attire".
Tuesday, February 5, 2013 ~ Table Manners ~ The Cotillion evening will focus on the table setting, where items are located at the table and correct cutting using a fork and knife, dancing will be included. A large array of hors 'doeuvres will be served and correct Cotillion attire required.
Tuesday, March 5, 2013 ~ The Grand Gala-Dinner! A complete dinner will be served to each Cotillion student. Table etiquette, social skills and fun dances will be part of the Cotillion Gala experience, correct Cotillion attire is required.
A family does not need to be a member of the country club to participate in the Gollatz Cotillion program. A food service/ happy hour will be available by cash/credit cards down stairs and a quite home-work is available for siblings.
