Dates and Season Events
	Monday, October 17, 2011 - Welcome Everyone! ~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in dance and dining etiquette. Refreshments will be served to each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere.
	Monday, November 14, 2011 - Social Skills, Grooming and Thank You Notes ~ The Cotillion evening will offer dining skills with dinner served to each Cotillion student. Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student.
	Monday, January 23, 2012- Family Night ~ The Cotillion is intended for the participation of all family members including younger siblings. The Family will enjoy the evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served.
	Monday, February 27, 2012 - Refining the Dining Skills ~ Dinner is Served The Cotillion evening will focus on dining skills and correct dress attire. Dinner will be served to the Cotillion student.
	Monday, March 19, 2012 - It's Mardi Gras Night! ~ Wear a mask so your friends do not know it is you!! The boys are not required to wear a blazer or sport coat. The girls are expected to wear some type of dress or skirt. refreshments will be served.
	Our Promise to you: The Gollatz Cotillion will ONLY accept 15 boys and 15 girls per grade combination. We believe a smaller Cotillion class size meets a child's needs and development , an overcrowded room minimizes the attention your child deserves. The Gollatz Cotillion celebrates 80 years!
