Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grades:

	Third and Fourth Grade: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
	Fifth and Sixth Grade: 6:45pm to 7:45pm

The Cotillion Registration Fee is $275.00 includes the Dinner & Dance at the Sheraton Del Fina Hotel in Santa Monica

Dates and Season Events - Including a night of dining at the Sheraton Delfina Hotel

	Friday, September 28, 2012 Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Gollatz Cotillion commences with instruction in dance and dining etiquette. Refreshments will be served in a party atmosphere, correct Cotillion attire is required.
	Friday, October 26, 2012 ~ How to be a Guest, Thank You Notes & Dining Skills ~ Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student. The dinner will include chicken alfredo, dinner rolls, fruit display and desert. Correct Cotillion attire is required.
	Friday, November 30, 2012- Family Night ~ Intended for the participation of all family members, including siblings. The family will enjoy the evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served to everyone.
	Friday, January 25, 2013 ~ Neckties, Cell Phone Etiquette, Respecting Privacy, Dress to Imress ~ The Cotillion instruction will include how to tie a necktie and dining skills. Refreshments will be served.
	NEW ***Wednesday, February 20,, 2013 - All Grades Combined ~The Grand Gala Dinner Dinner and Dancing at the Sheraton Delfina Santa Monica, 530 Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica~6:15pm to 7:45pm ~ What a elegant way to conclude the Cotillion season with a plated dinner, array of dances, and review of manners and social skills. A Complete dinner will be served with dancing in an elegant atmosphere. Please let the office know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. Parent seating will be extremely limited for this event.
