Third & Fourth Grade: 4:45pm to 5:30pm
Fifth & Sixth Grade: 5:45pm to 7:00pm
Seventh - Tenth Grade ( Life Skills): 7:15pm to 8:15pm
Class Fee - $358
A $50.00 deposit due now to reserve the membership with the balance due by no later than August 30, 2021.
If paying by credit card there will be a service fee of $10.00 per transaction
Thursday, September 30, 2021 ~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Cotillion will commence with the instruction in the art of conversation, eye contact, acknowledging the person in front of you, basic dining skills and Cotillion style dances - no contact. Light refreshments will be served to the students during the class with social instruction. The standard Cotillion attire is required.
Thursday, October 28, 2021 ~ Thank You Notes, Addressing an Envelope & Dining Skills ~ While having fun, the Cotillion students will learn how to write a thank you note (5th grade and older will address an envelope as well as a thank you note), practice their new skills integrated with Cotillion style dances - no contact. Light refreshments will be served to the students. The standard Cotillion attire is required of all Cotillion members.
Thursday, November 18, 2021 ~ Social Skills and the Games of Table Concentration ~ The Cotillion participants will be instructed in the correct form of cutting foods using a fork and knife accompanied with the fun games of “table concentration.” All grades will enjoy their class with Cotillion style dancing - no contact. Light refreshments will be served to the students. *Fifth grade students and older - Additional instruction: The proper usage of chopsticks and their placement. The standard Cotillion attire is required.
Thursday, December 9, 2021 ~ The Gala Dinner and Student Dance ~ Third through sixth grade will be combined from: 6:00pm to 7:15pm ~ The Dinner is the Cotillion student's special evening. A buffet dinner will be served to all grade levels which includes dining instruction. *Dinner is served only to the registered students. All students will be separated into appropriate grade combinations at the tables. If tardy, the Cotillion cannot guarantee the child to be placed near “friends” * Due to space availability it is requested that parents "drop-off" their child or remain in the foyer/lounge.
Thursday, January 20, 2022 ~ The Family Night ~ Third through sixth grade will be combined from 6:00pm to 7:15pm ~ The Family Night is a special evening intended for both the Cotillion students and their family to participate and enjoy. It is asked that everyone in attendance be in appropriate attire. Senior Club members may attend but is not required.

How to begin and continue a conversation ~ Direct eye contact while speaking to someone ~ How to write a thank you note ~ Cell phone and gadgets do’s and don’ts ~ Netiquette ~ How to give a fun toast in front of a crowd ~ How to be a thoughtful guest while attending a function ~ Using a fork and knife correctly and cutting of food items ~ How to appropriately thank someone ~ Proper sitting and standing posture ~ Learning where each food utensil is located at a place setting (simple or elegant) ~ How to hold and use each utensil ~ And a much more!!

The Gollatz Inc. is a modern, updated “social skills” series (by private invitation) for boys and girls in a fun party atmosphere.
The Gollatz Cotillion is honored to have personally instructed two of our United States Presidential families.
*Waiver and Consent * By the submission of my child’s registration to the Gollatz Cotillion, Inc. series of classes, I give my consent for my child to participate in the Gollatz Cotillion and activities. I am aware that all of the mandated CDC and California health guidelines will be enforced. I release and hold harmless Gollatz Cotillion, Inc., their employees, officers, directors and agents from any responsibility, claim or liability for harm, injury or illness which includes Covid19, or any incorrect terminology regarding gender identity.
If your child feels ill PLEASE do not have them attend. A sick child will jeopardize the entire class and possibly causing all classes to be terminated. The Gollatz Cotillion reserves the right to take all children's, parents and guests temperature on their wrist upon entrance. If a child becomes ill, the family understands that the child will be placed in another area as to not affect the entire class. All measures are to ensure everyone's safety.
